Privacy statement
How this website handles your information.
Information you provide
When you request an order, the site stores your name, phone number, city, delivery address, optional email and notes so the agency can confirm and deliver it. Contact messages are stored for the same reason. When you leave a review, the site keeps your name and phone number; only your name, rating and words are published, after the agency approves them. Waiting lists, leaderboard times, event requests and gift card requests keep a phone number so the agency can reply or check; it is never published.
Orders are confirmed on WhatsApp. When you press the WhatsApp button, your order summary opens in WhatsApp and is sent only if you choose to send it. WhatsApp is operated by Meta under its own privacy policy.
Cookies
One necessary session cookie keeps your case bag and language, and protects forms. There are no advertising or analytics trackers on this site.
