What detectives usually ask before they open their first case.
Q.01 How long does it take to make a case?
Two to three months, depending on how difficult the case is.
Q.02 How long does it take to solve a case?
It depends on the detectives. Some solve a case in 3 to 5 hours, others take 5 to 7 hours.
Q.03 How many players can play?
There is no fixed number, but 1 to 6 players works best. In a bigger group, information gets lost between people.
Q.04 What is the minimum age?
14 and over.
Q.05 Where do you deliver?
Currently across Jordan, and in the future, God willing, in other Arab countries.
Q.06 How long does delivery take?
It depends on the area. In Amman, close to our supplier, it can arrive the same day, sometimes right away. Outside Amman it takes 24 to 48 hours.
Customer service confirms the exact time with you after arranging it with the courier.
Q.07 How can I pay?
Cash or electronic payment. We recommend paying electronically (for example Visa, CliQ or Zain Cash), because cash can delay delivery even when you are close by.
